Open Tourism interisland Pariaman


Pariaman, KOMPAS.com - Beach Party Pariaman in Pariaman, West Sumatra, was held to celebrate Eid al-Fitr 1432 AH. This year, to enliven the event the Government Pariaman open inter-island travel services.

"We provide the vessel with a capacity of 30 persons tariff Rp25 thousand per person for day trips to islands in the waters of Pariaman," said Secretary of Culture and Tourism Pariaman Jose Rizal, in Pariaman, Friday (26/08/2011).

In addition to that provided by the City Government Pariaman ship, visitors can also use the services of a fishing boat with the same rate. He explained the ship will take tourists to the island Ansoduo a distance of 1.9 miles of the coast Pariaman.

Place, he said, is a historic island long graves contained therein. Ansoduo island is also a historical site as the location of the first spread of Islam in Pariaman. Usually on the pilgrimage season, many visitors come to the island for a visit to the tomb.

"Tourists can also look into the tombs whose location has been addressed as such by the City Government Pariaman," he said.

On the island there is a pier and Ansoduo resting place of three houses on stilts. Visitors can enjoy tours of the island with white sand beaches and fishing on the rocky island behind it. For safety during travel, he said, his ministry has worked with BPBD Pariaman, Pariaman Police, and Rescue team.

Ansoduo Island can be reached by motorized boats 15 PK for 20 minutes from the beach Gadoriah. The island is the largest island in Pariaman is approximately 3.5 acres with relatively flat topography. In the middle of the island is dominated by forest vegetation with tree species that grow in between coconut aru and more dominant in coastal areas.

In addition Ansoduo Island, off the coast of Pariaman there are also five other islands namely Pulau Bando, Gosong, Tangah, Edge, and Kasiak all of which include the islands of nonurban.
